The cost of boiler repair can vary depending on the extent of the fault or damage. You can expect to pay anything from £150 for a minor repair such as a replacement fan, gas valve or printed circuit board or closer to £800 for more serious work, such as a replacing a heat exchanger. Let’s not forget about the law required annual boiler service which usually costs around £100.
By taking out boiler cover plan, you don’t have to worry about paying a lump sum in one or worse go in to debt, as any problems will be taken care of by the policy of your choice and that’s just boiler cover, don’t forget about all the other protection you can have in your plan.

Yes, providing safety precautions are followed. As a country, we all need to do what we can to reduce the spread of coronavirus. PlusHeat followes government guidance to ensure they are best place to serve and protect you and the general public.
All gas boiler and central heating work will be carried out by
a local Gas Safe™ registered engineer. We screen and carefully select our engineers based on their competence and their experience, to ensure we get your radiators burning and your showers steaming in no time at all!
PlusHeat contracts run on a 12-month rolling basis. After your 14 day cool off period, should you wish to cancel your agreement you will need to pay in full the remaining 12 month period. If you have paid in full for the year you will not be entitled to a refund. PlusHeat never like to see a customer leave so they will do everything in their power to resolve any issues should this be the reason you wish to cancel.
Existing customers will be contacted during these months when your boiler service is due.
If you would like to book in your service between April and September before you’ve received contact from PlusHeat, you can do this easily by logging your request online or email support@plusheat.co.uk. Once you’ve logged your request for a boiler service, an engineer will be in touch within 72 hours to your confirm your appointment date and time.
For customers paying monthly, your boiler service will not be carried out within the first three months of your agreement. If you require your boiler service within your first three months, this can be arranged by paying for it upfront. PlusHeat will reduce the cost of your monthly instalments going forward to reflect this
If you change your mind about your PlusHeat cover within 14 days of taking out your agreement, and inform PlusHeat that you no longer require cover, they will refund you any money paid providing they haven’t carried out any work for you yet. You or an authorised representative can cancel by emailing cancellation@plusheat.co.uk.
